SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for visiting and shopping at shop.eightyone.co.nz. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within five (5) business days. All orders are tracked and we will provide you with the tracking number via email. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. 

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

 

Shipping rates & delivery estimates 

Shipping rates for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. The total cost will depend on the combination of items ordered and the location (within New Zealand) in which it is being delivered to. 

We have two flat rates for shipping:

We have different shipping rates for coaster orders as they require smaller packaging, please see below for these rates.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Note: We have maximum order amount on our products to ensure that we can meet the demand of all customers. There is a maximum of 20 ‘Team Talk Coaster’ packs per transaction as well as a maximum of 5 ‘Save the Manumea T-Shirts’ per transaction and a maximum of 6  ‘Save the Manumea Posters’ per transaction. Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

 

Customs, Duties and Taxes

shop.eightyone.co.nz is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). 

 

We do not ship to P.O. boxes.

shop.eightyone.co.nz ships to residential and commercial addresses within New Zealand only.

 

International Shipping Policy 

Currently we do not provide an international shipping option through our Shopify site but if an international order is required, please contact us via email. 

 

Returns and Damages Policy 

shop.eightyone.co.nz do not have to give a refund if you change your mind about a purchase — so please choose carefully. If the product you have bought is faulty, we will provide a remedy as required by the Consumer Guarantees Act.
