SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for visiting and shopping at shop.eightyone.co.nz. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within five (5) business days. [NOTE: Save the Manumea Chocolate is currently a pre-order item that is still in production and will begin shipping in the next few weeks.] Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. 

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

 

Shipping rates & delivery estimates 

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. The total cost will depend on the combination of items ordered. Below is a rough guide of what the costs might be.

Specific rates apply for shipping posters.
North Island: $10 per tube.
South Island: $15 per tube.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Note: There is a maximum of 20 Team Talk Coaster packs per transaction. If you’re wanting to purchase in bulk please email shop@eightyone.co.nz.

 

 

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

 

Customs, Duties and Taxes

shop.eightyone.co.nz not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). 

 

We do not ship to P.O. boxes.

shop.eightyone.co.nz ships to residential and commercial addresses within New Zealand only.

 

International Shipping Policy

We currently do not ship outside New Zealand.

 

Returns & Damages Policy

shop.eightyone.co.nz do not have to give a refund if you change your mind about a purchase — so please choose carefully. If the product you have bought is faulty, we will provide a remedy as required by the Consumer Guarantees Act.
